i8 I12 is a distinct I12/I15 body branch. A lower-roof two-door body with longer doors and a more overtly sporting brief than the corresponding sedan.
i8 combined a carbon-fibre passenger cell, aluminium drive module, front electric motor and rear three-cylinder engine; I15 added an open two-seat body. Reference body dimensions are 4,689 mm × 1,942 mm × 1,297 mm on a 2,800 mm wheelbase. Factory figures can vary slightly with bumpers, exterior equipment, homologation method and model year.
