G07 XB7 is ALPINA's three-row luxury SAV flagship, using a twin-turbo V8, all-wheel drive and extensive transmission, cooling, suspension, brake and aerodynamic development. It is mechanically and dimensionally unrelated to XD3/XD4 despite sharing the catalog's SUV line.

The 2023-model update brought the revised X7 body, a newer V8 with 48-volt assistance, Curved Display and altered chassis/equipment. Pre-update and updated cars require distinct engine, exterior, electrical and emissions records.

The final independent-era range included the limited XB7 Manufaktur. BMW Group's first new-era ALPINA model announced for North America in 2026 requires its own verified identity and should not overwrite G07 history.
